    7 Thrusters
    8 Squat Cleans (from the ground)
    9 Push Jerks
    10 Hang Power Snatches
    11 Overhead Squats
    12 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls

    Set up 1 barbell and hammer through this one just like the “12 Days of Christmas” song. Start with 1 deadlift then 1 deadlift and 2 hang power cleans…1 deadlift, 2 hang power cleans, 3 front squats…1 deadlift, 2 hang power cleans, 3 front squats, 4 shoulder press…etc.

    back in OHIO with all the MEAT HEADS at my globo gym! So…I sit there and do my hard as shit workouts while they stare at themselves in the mirror while talkin on the phone.. I even saw a man whip his shirt off and start slappin himself and grunting right before he did half ass squats!!!!

    Filthy Fifty with some modifications! Gonna try that 12 days of Christmas tomorrow…looks fun :)

    40:14 Rx I never intended on Rx ing this one but i surprised myself, it was ugly and points probably would be deducted but for a 3rd string off the bench i am feeling good.

    45:33 Rx It took alot not to hurl when I got to the burpees. The double unders slowed me down tremendously but I didn’t get that far in the WOD to not Rx it. I did one single then a DU then slowly repeted. Great job on the DU’s Kevin P! I’ll need you to teach me.
