		<description>45:33 Rx It took alot not to hurl when I got to the burpees. The double unders slowed me down tremendously but I didn&#039;t get that far in the WOD to not Rx it. I did one single then a DU then slowly repeted. Great job on the DU&#039;s Kevin P! I&#039;ll need you to teach me.</description>
