Thanks to those came out and participated in the charity WOD on Saturday and to all who donated to the Lumberjack CrossFit fundraiser.  We raised $1,080.00 for this effort!!!!!

    9:14 Rx added 46 sec’s to PR reason? Must be from working night shift for 4 shifts plus getting only 5 hours sleep prior to workout. Also didn’t eat today/before workout. I’ll be back Fran!
