The 2014 CrossFit Games Open begins this Thursday!  We will be viewing the first workout announcement at the gym on Thursday at 8:00pm!  All are invited.  We will be performing the Open workouts every Friday and Monday.  Let the excitement begin!

Register to participate in The 2014 CrossFit Games Open!  You will be glad you did!

Back Squat, 5-5-5-5-5 reps

then….

AMRAP in 11 minutes: (in teams of 2, alternating rounds)
9 thrusters (100lb/65lb)
9 chest-to-bar pullups
