    It is two sets of 10…

    240lbs 1RM BS @ 65% 155 BS
    then…
    Grace 5:40 Rx PR! I feel great about this ’cause not only did I PR but we did BS before Grace too! Last time we did just Grace and my time was 6:37. I crushed it! Right shoulder is still tweaked I think due to virtual shoveling last week…man it burns.

    ummm wasn’t paying attention to the weights with squats. I did what my group did except I did front squats. I was also doing OHS with 45lbs in between. I was working on form (which in my case trying to get past 90 degrees)

    Grace 6:30 Rx PR-last time was in the old gym, and my time was 3 minutes slower.

    50 wall balls 10 lb
    50 kb swings (35lb)
