    tough tonight… my heart was close to coming out of my chest. i was winded during warm-ups. i didn’t get sick though, that’s improvement.

    Didn’t make it in but I broke in my new trail shoes running 100 yd sprints, well jogs, in my new 40 lb weight vest. 20 sprints and still very heavy breathing.

    14:02 1st rd-toes, 2nd and 3rd rnd bb, 4th and 5th rnd gb. It just got progressively worse. I should have started with the bb and stuck.
    Thanks for inviting me to play Evaline, but, to be fair, I only did 50 of the wb. You game people are hardcore.

    11:58 BB. Underestimated how tough those burpees would be after ring dips.

    50 WallBalls and worked on double under wod. Good work Brian, that was impressive.

    Worked on the double-under ladder for 6 minutes and only got up to 5.
    Did my first set of consecutive double-unders last week, so maybe that’s an accomplishment?
