Back Squat, 3 sets of 3 at 60%

then….

3 rounds for time: (13 minute time cap)
20 alternating dumbbell snatch (65lb/45lb)
10 burpee box jump over (24in/20in)
5 bar muscle-ups (chest-to-bar pullups/pullups)

Core Development:
3 sets:
arch body hold, 25 seconds
20 hollow body rock
10 tuck crunch
