-using 85% of front squat 1RM for all working sets


For time: (time cap, 12 minutes)
50 clean and jerk (135/95)
-perform 5 chest-to-bar pullups every minute, starting at 0:00

*modify to 30 or 40 clean and jerk and/or 3 or 4 pullups

Core Development:
3 sets:
hanging knee raise, 20 seconds
arch body hold, 20 seconds
hanging knee raise, 20 seconds
hollow body hold, 20 seconds
15 tuck crunch
