In honor of last Friday morning’s tragedy in Aurora, Colorado – we pay tribute to all those who are affected.

70 double-unders (sub 140 singles)

rest, then optional additional WOD….

    T2B – about 35-40 rx T2B throughout, the rest T2 almost bar or knees to somewhere
    DUs – sub 35 DUs/round doing 1 single/ 1 DU until 35 DUs

    58 abmat/12 burpee box jumps ~ 3-4 mins
