Alternating EMOM for 15 minutes: (5 sets each)
minute 1: 25-35 double-unders
minute 2: 8-12 toes-to-bar
minute 3: 2 squat clean (moderate to heavy, may add weight throughout)
*modify as needed

rest 3 minutes, then….

Front Squat, take 10 minutes to work up to a heavy triple

Core Development:
30 hollow body rock
30 arch body rock
30 tuck crunch
