EMOM 16 minutes…8 sets of… (each set starts every 2 minutes):
3 clean deadlift (to stand, open hips)
2 hang power clean (from above knees)
1 push jerk

then….

For time: (time cap: 15 minutes)
50 double-unders
25 toes-to-bar
40 double-unders
20 toes-to-bar
30 double-unders
15 toes-to-bar
20 double-unders
10 toes-to-bar
10 double-unders
5 toes-to-bar
