deadlift (135lb/95lb)
hang clean (135lb/95lb)
push jerk (135lb/95lb)
strict pullup

Core Development:
plank hold, 1 minute
30 hollow body rock
plank hold, 90 seconds
30 hollow body rock
plank hold, 1 minute
