Our squat/strength program starts this week! We will be squatting on Monday’s and Thursday’s.

 

3 sets:
7 front squat
…right into…
13 back squat

-using 65% for front squat 1RM for all working sets
-after set 3, bike 3 minutes (conversational pace)

then…

AMRAP in 8 minutes:
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-etc…
power clean (135/95)
strict pullup
