4 lateral burpee over barbell
3 deadlift (135lb/95lb)
2 hang clean (135lb/95lb)
1 shoulder-to-overhead (135lb/95lb)

AMRAP in 7 minutes:
Run 400m (buy-in)
max reps in the remaining time….
20 abmat situps
15 Russian kettlebell swings (53lb/35lb)
10 goblet squats (using kettlebell, 53lb/35lb)

Core Development:
hollow body hold, 3 sets 0f 20 seconds
