Back Squat, 6 sets of 4 reps at 80%

Death by Snatch

“Death By Snatch”

With a continuously running clock do one snatch the first minute, two snatches the second minute, three snatches the third minute… continuing as long as you can, until you are unable complete the number of snatches for that minute/round.  Number of TOTAL snatch is your score.   The breakdown for cumulative number of snatch each minute is as follows:
