-rest 1.5 to 2 minutes
10 bench press, using (x 1) of bodyweight
-rest 1.5 to 2 minutes

Other Options:

-bench press, using (x .75) or (x .5) or lower

then….

For time:
Run 400m
1 round of “Cindy”
Run 400m
3 rounds of “Cindy”
Run 400m
5 rounds of “Cindy”
Run 400m
