    7:45 but had to adjust rings on the 2nd round. No bands, but modified dips. Tougher than it looks…my arms are still jello!

    9:02 w/assisted ring dips.

    Brian called it feet on floor, I say toes of 1 foot one floor! Nit picky I know :) , but I think it’s tougher than feet on floor. Just trying to work up to unassisted ring dips!
