I difinetly know now that I need to work on my power cleans. I really need to work on form/technique and stop trying to muscle the weight up. A few failed attempts at cleans really hurt my time. Thanks for the push from eveyone at the 5pm class!

Put too much weight on the bar initially, had to take some off after struggling with 3 or 4 reps at 108lbs
