    NOTE: A 1 Full Gasser is a 212 yards or 193 meters sprint. Behind the facility, multiple down and back sprints shall be performed in order to accrue 212 yards or 193 meters.

    SCALE THE WEIGHT FOR THE WOD ACCORDING TO YOUR INDIVIDUAL ABILITIES.

    10:00 with 83lbs and row instead of run!

    then did 1000 row, 50 GHD 500 25 GHD at 13:00! 🙂

    I difinetly know now that I need to work on my power cleans. I really need to work on form/technique and stop trying to muscle the weight up. A few failed attempts at cleans really hurt my time. Thanks for the push from eveyone at the 5pm class!

    Put too much weight on the bar initially, had to take some off after struggling with 3 or 4 reps at 108lbs
