-option to work up to a heavy triple

overhead squat (95lb/65lb)
bar facing burpees

4 sets: (unbroken, if possible)
hollow body hold, 10 seconds
10 tuck crunch
hollow body hold, 10 seconds
10 hollow body rock
hollow body hold, 10 seconds
