    Saturday 3-20-10
    Breakfast – 2 eggs scrambled with 1 cup bell pepper and onions

    Lunch – Roasted turkey breast, broccoli, salad with olive oil and vinegar

    Snack – apple with peanut butter (I know, but my parents didn’t have almond butter)

    Dinner – This is bad too. I was driving 4 hours home and didn’t want to stop so, no dinner

    Snack – Orange, ginger tea with 1 tsp sugar (almost passed out from low blood sugar). No more skipping meals!

    Breakfast – 2 tsp almond butter, 1.5 cups strawberries

    Lunch – few bites of chicken, 1/2 plantain, green beans

    Dinner – chicken, pineapple, bell peppers, plantains

    8 hours of sleep.

    breakfast – strawberries, 1 tsp almond butter, 1 slice roasted turkey breast
    snack – handful almonds
    lunch – baked chicken breast, steamed cabbage, baked rutabaga fries
    dinner – baked chicken breast

    20 minutes stretching at home post workout (with my daughter shaking her head at how stiff I am)
    8 hours sleep
    WOD complete
    6 fish oil

    lunch – almond meal and coconut crusted chicken breast, cabbage
    dinner – same as lunch

    snack – paleo candy bar
