Today’s Schedule:
8:00am – Lifting Class (movement: clean)
9:30am – Community Class (Bring A Buddy, free for first timers)
8:00am to 11:00am – Open Gym

AMRAP in 25 minutes: (teams of 3)
Row 100 calories (one person holding plate overhead, other rests)
100 slamball over shoulder (one person working at a time)
Run 400m (together, carrying slamball)
Airdyne 100 calories (one person holding kettlebell in waiter carry, other rests)
100 burpees (one person working at a time)
