Today’s Schedule:
7:30am to 10:30am – Open Gym

8:00am – Lifting Class
9:30am – Community Class (Bring A Buddy, free for first timers)
10:30am to 12:00pm – Mobility Seminar with Dr. Wes Hendricks (for those who registered)

AMRAP in 17 minutes: (teams of two, with one person working at a time)
50 med ball thrusters
25 bar facing burpees
50 kettlebell sumo deadlift
25 bar facing burpees
50 abmat situps
