Today’s Schedule:
8:00am – Lifting Class
9:30am – Community Class (Bring A Buddy, free for first timers)
8:00am to 11:00am – Open Gym

3 rounds of: (in teams of two, alternating minutes)
airdyne or row (calories)
air squats
slamball (30lb/20lb)
burpees

-two minutes at each movement, alternating team members on the minute
-team member 1 will complete one minute while team member 2 rests
-team member 2 will complete one minute while team member 1 rests
-score is total overall reps
