200 wallball (20lb/14lb – 10ft target)
150 shoulder-to-overhead (115lb/75lb)
100 overhead suqts (95lb/65lb)
50 HSPU

*If needed, teams of 2 can cut reps in half

Core Development:
8 minute alternating tabata:
-hollow body rock
-arch body rock
