    Push Jerks
    155-185-195(pr) for reps on push jerks. Form is getting much better on the push jerks. Still push pressed the last few.

    push jerks, 95-115-135. need lots of work on my jerk form, anything heavy turned into a push press so i kept it real
    17:45 – 115lb on wod but got all the double unders for the first time ever and made all 5 climbs on the rope. Thanks Scott and Kevin for the help on my jerk form.
