    10 BP
    300 singles

    23:01 as Rx’d would have been a bit quicker if I had someone to spot me on the BP.

    21:15 Rx -Well its definitely a lot harder to do the deadlifts with correct form (bad form=190lbs) but I’m better for it. Getting some flat shoes! Thanks Brian for your help! Much appreciated! And I only stopped once on the 800m run! It’s a miracle!
