    Great job Nigel, I guess no need to wait until March 20th, I may just start my trek to eating like a caveman tomorrow. Thanks for the knowledge and the cookies.

    also, the protein was called “About Time” its a pure protein without carbs and fat

    the Ice Cream is called Decadent Chocolate

    Seminar was great and very informative! The only improvement would be starting the WOD directly after the seminar. We got out of there later than anticipated. We are looking forward to the Paleo Challenge!!
