It was my first time doing hang cleans and they kicked my ass. Great WOD, tough but good.

400m run
25 abmats
15 pushups (knee push ups)

Did this at the MUSC gym as I missed open gym hours yesterday. Rx’d but didn’t time myself(more than 20 min). Brutal.
