    It was my first time doing hang cleans and they kicked my ass. Great WOD, tough but good.

    Then…

    4 rounds:
    400m run
    25 abmats
    15 pushups (knee push ups)
    14:44 (I think)

    Thanks Sara for setting up the 2nd WOD.

    Can’t wait to hear the result of the games!!

    Did this at the MUSC gym as I missed open gym hours yesterday. Rx’d but didn’t time myself(more than 20 min). Brutal.

    Globo gym short quick WOD b/c I’m eating like crap due to UFC and superbowl
    warmed up with one round of DT @ 155lbs (that’s no joke!!)
    3 deadlifts @ 225, 6 KTE, 9 pushups, 20 situps
    then…
    50 burpees for time 4:12 Rx
