    8:51 as RX. Also made up deadlift 3 2 1 1 1 315, 345, 365, 375pr, 385 fail twice

    last time I did this one was also 2:58, using 275lb

    Continued to work on Back Squats. I got my 1 rep max up to 330lbs. a new PR for me!
