The Paleo/Zone Nutrition Seminar today has been postponed until Saturday, February 20th from 9:00am-12:00pm. You may pre-register for the seminar at $15/person until Saturday, February 13th. Look for more Paleo recipes three weeks from now! Regular scheduled gym hours this Saturday will proceed as normal.

135 #, doubles, 17:15 There is nothing more frustrating than double unders. At the end I was doing them one at a time.
Amanda talked me into working out again. Thanks for being the ‘good’ voice in my head.

I liked this a lot better than the double under workout.
4 workouts in 2 1/2 hours…man my body is going to hate me!

2. 4rds of 15 deadlifts & 50 double unders: 18:01 w/singles
3. AMRAP in 12mins of 6 burpees, 12 wal balls, 12 KBS: 5 rounds even
4. 3rds of 10 overhead anyway (45# snatches in my case) & 50 situps: 7:36

I wanted to do doubles, but changed my mind at the last minute, thinking it would take too long. Now I regret it and I won’t make that mistake again.
Looking at Brandie’s post I am feeling lazy! Great job to all those that did multiple workouts today. I am shamed!

jump rope – a few double unders and lots of smacking my arms and legs with the rope.
16:something, Rx with 225lb DL. I left my book behind when I left but after 4 wods my brain and body was beat. Doing 4 wods was good but my performance was poor today. Food and drink really does affect performance.
I was so spent from the 4 workouts, I couldn’t get my butt to the computer;
So, 4 WODS in 2 1/2 hours with Brandie (I would have never done them all without her!)
1. 10×10; 48lbs all 10 times
2. 15 deadlifts 50 doubleunders; 17:56 Rx with 135lbs
3. 12min AMRAP 6 burpees, 12 wal balls, 12 KBS; 6 + 5KBS
4. 3rds of 10 overhead anyway & 50 situps; 7:11 Rx 75lbs
It was fun doing the last WOD with all those people! Thanks Kevin for staying and timing us AND counting my reps…I just get so confused
