Jeremy Shultz Fundraiser WOD – 12pm today! Come to represent for a great cause! Thanks in advance for all those who are coming to support!
– Anyone will be able to participate in the workout
– The workout will be scalable for all individual’s level of fitness
– There will be a $20 donation fee at the door
– You may donate more if you would like
– CrossFit Integrity shirts, tanks, and stickers will be available for purchase
– Various prizes will be raffled off
– All proceeds from the entry fee, raffle, and items purchased will go to the Fund
– Checks can be made out to “Jeremy Shultz Care Fund”
– If you cannot make it, use the “Donate” button to the right of this page
Today’s schedule is as follows:
9am to 10am – intro class/open gym
10am to 11am – open gym
11am to 12pm- fundraiser prep
12pm – fundraiser kickoff
