Jeremy Shultz Fundraiser WOD – 12pm today! Come to represent for a great cause!  Thanks in advance for all those who are coming to support!
- Anyone will be able to participate in the workout
- The workout will be scalable for all individual’s level of fitness
- There will be a $20 donation fee at the door
- You may donate more if you would like
- CrossFit Integrity shirts, tanks, and stickers will be available for purchase
- Various prizes will be raffled off
- All proceeds from the entry fee, raffle, and items purchased will go to the Fund
- Checks can be made out to “Jeremy Shultz Care Fund”
- If you cannot make it, use the “Donate” button to the right of this page

Today’s schedule is as follows:
9am to 10am – intro class/open gym
10am to 11am – open gym
11am to 12pm- fundraiser prep
12pm – fundraiser kickoff

AMRAP in 11 minutes:
4 thrusters (135lb/95lb)
4 burpees
9 box jumps (24in/19in)

*Scale thrusters as needed

    Friday’s WOD (subbed DL’s for SDHP’s): 8:15 (85#)

    then 20 more DL’s @ 85# to work on form

    What a great fundraiser today! It was nice to see all of our Crossfit neighbors come out to support Jeremy…we all wish him the best.

    Great job by all today and THANK YOU to all who came out! We had over 100 people show up to support Jeremy and his family and approximately $3800 was raised! AMAZING turnout and we will be doing another one soon, one even more amazinger :)

    Special thanks to all who helped before, during, and after the fundraiser. Also, to those who traveled to Charleston just to participate in today’s benefit. Lastly, I would like to give a shout out to all CrossFit affiliates who represented, donated, and supported.

    Great job to everyone today and nice work Brian on putting together such a successful event. It’s great to be part of such a great community of people who rallied to help someone in need. I cant wait to come back and do it all again in February!
