Today’s Schedule:
7:00am – Weightlifting (snatch complex)
8:00am – Group Class
9:00am to 11:00am – Open Gym

In teams of two….

AMRAP in 15 minutes: (alternating movements)
15 Russian kettlebell swings (70lb/53lb)
12 wallball (20lb/14lb)
9 box jumps (24in/20in)

-rest 5 minutes, then….

AMRAP in 7 minutes: (alternating reps)
squat clean (165lb/110lb)

Core Development:
100 med ball situps + throw to partner (alternating)

Post team names, rounds/reps and reps to comments
