We will be prepping the gym for next weekends Gymnastics Cert today starting at 1:00pm.  We will be there for most of the afternoon if you would like to come by and help!  We will be grilling out as well.  Hope to see you there!

3 rounds for time:
15 overhead squats (95lb/65lb)
12 lateral burpees over barbell
15 shoulder-to-overhead (95lb/65lb)

    THANK YOU! to everyone who made it out to help out at the gym. We got a bunch accomplished. We still have tons of food to grill and a few little tasks to finish so we are inviting everyone to stop by tomorrow around 1 -3pm for a burger, watermelon, and some other snacks. While you’re there maybe wipe down a kettle bell or two. The easy stuff is left now. Also, we are looking for someone who has a pickup that wouldn’t mind running to the dump on Bee Ferry Rd for us. We might have a few more things to take over there. Thanks again to everyone who made it out!
