Today’s Schedule:
7:00am – Weightlifting (hang snatch – mid hang and below knees)
8:00am – Group Class
9:00am to 11:00am – Open Gym

For time: (teams of two, one person working at a time)
Buy-In:  Run 1600m (4 x 400m, alternating 400’s)
110 burpees
100 dumbbell push press
90 slamball
80 calorie airdyne or row

-time cap: 25 minutes
