Good luck to all of our athlete who are participating in the Citadel Bulldog Challenge today!  You all are well-prepared….. go get it!

SUBMIT YOUR 12.2 SCORES ASAP!… so they can be validated!

There will be Open Gym from 12:00pm-2:00pm on Sunday for anyone who would like to come in the workout and/or do/redo WOD 12.2.

Row 2000m
50 wallball (20lb/14lb)
Row 1000m
25 wallball (20lb/14lb)
Row 500m
20 wallball (20lb/14lb)

    25:32 Rx, did 35 WBs in the middle.

    PROPS to Kate and her 90 reps on WOD 12.2!!!! She SMOKED through those reps.

    WOD 12.2
    60 reps … Had time to make an attempt at 165, woulda been a 20# PR.

    Can’t wait to get back and work with you guys!

    Good to see some of ya’ll at the Bulldog Challenge today!! That was the most physically demanding & mentally challenging thing I’ve ever been through in my entire life… & I kinda liked it (minus the monsoon). 😛
