Today’s Schedule:
7:00am – Weightlifting (clean)
8:00am – Group Class
9:00am to 11:00am – Open Gym

With a running clock……  (teams of two)

Minute 0:00 to 5:00
Run 400m together (buy in)
max air squats in the remaining time
-sets of 10, back and forth (one team member works, other rests)

Minute 5:00 to 10:00….. REST

Minute 10:00 to 24:00….

AMRAP in 10 minutes: (alternating movements…one team member works, other rests)
Bike 10/8 calories
10 abmat situps
10 kettlebell sumo deadlift high pulls
10 dumbbell push press
10 kettlebell swings

*athlete’s choice on the dumbbell and kettlebell weight

Post team name and reps and rounds/reps to comments
