In teams of two, complete 2 rounds for time:
Run 800m
80 hands release pushps
60 wallballs (20lb/14lb), 10ft target
80 walking lunges (45/25lb)
60 burpees

-Team members will run together
-Only one person will work at a time on reps
-Each team must complete the specific number of reps for each exercise
-Example: a team of 2 will complete 80 pushups (40 each)

    3 minutes of max rep front squat
    3 minutes of max rep shoulder-to-overhead

    Used 145lb with Zack
    144 reps Rx
