For Time:
60 double-unders
30 thrusters (95lb/65lb)
30 burpees
Row 500m
30 slamballs (20/10)
30 GHD situps (sub 60 abmat situps)
Row 500m
30 kettlebell snatch (53lb/35lb), either arm or just one
30 overhead lunge (20/10)
60 double-unders

    35:50. Singles; 65# thrusters; abmats; 10# lunge; 35# snatch. First real WOD since Dec 26th.

    30:01 (45# thrusters & 20#dumbell snatch)

    first time doing GHD’s in a WOD. I wanted to be under 30, and would have if it weren’t for the DUs.
