9:30am to 11:00am – Open Gym

For 30 minutes, 3 sets of: (teams of 2)
Row… max team calories in 2 minutes (switch at 1 minute)
kettlebell swings (53/35)… max team reps in 2 minutes (switch at 1 minute)
wallball (20/14)… max team reps in 2 minutes (switch at 1 minute)
burpees… max team reps in 2 minutes (switch at 1 minute)
abmat situps… max team reps in 2 minutes (switch at 1 minute)

-one minute on, one minute off
-one team member works for a minute, other team member rests
