Today’s Schedule:
8:00am – Skill (strict muscle-up)
9:00am – Group Class
9:30am to 11:00am – Open Gym

AMRAP in 5 minutes:
5 hang clean (135lb/95lb)
5 front squat (135lb/95lb)

rest 5 minutes, then….

AMRAP in 5 minutes:
5 deadlift (135lb/95lb)
5 bar facing burpees

rest 5 minutes, then….

Row or Aidryne, max calories in 5 minutes

Core Development:
5 sets of:
5 tuck crunch
hollow body hold, 5 seconds
5 tuck crunch
hollow body hold, 5 seconds
5 tuck crunch
-rest 5 seconds

Post rounds and reps for each AMRAP to comments
