Happy Veteran’s Day!


Today’s Schedule:
7:00am – Weightlifting (3 position clean: mid thigh, below knees, floor)
8:00am – Group Class
9:00am to 11:00am – Open Gym


5 rounds for time:
Run 800m
50 pushups
5 rope climb (15ft)

Option: team of two
-alternate 400m run (each team member)
-partition reps as needed
