Starting today, for the 7am class on Saturday’s, we will be switching to skills/gymnastics movements for two weeks. Then, back to lifting for two weeks.

Saturday, 11/4/17 – gymnastics skill
Saturday, 11/11/17 – gymnastics skill
Saturday, 11/18/17 – lifting
Saturday, 11/25/17 – lifting

…then, back to two weeks of gymnastics skill…etc…

Today’s Schedule:
7:00am – Skills (kipping/butterfly pullups)
8:00am – Group Class
9:00am to 11:00am – Open Gym

For time: (teams of two, one person working at a time)
Run 400m (together)
150 pushups
75 slamball over shoulder (40lb/30lb)
Run 400m (together)
150 abmat situps
75 power clean (135lb/95lb)
