    1st WOD: 8-7-6: 8 rounds of 7 exercises (dead lift, clean, front squat, push press, back squat, ring dips) 6 reps each
    Time: 24:30

    2nd WOD: 125 m row x 10: Second half fast than first :) thanks for the help Colin
