    Took the day off from a WOD to nurse a knee and shoulder injury. Got a 1st time PR for my Shoulder Press and attempted a new PR for deadlift of 270, but didn’t get it.

    SP 1RM: 105#
    DL 1RM: 265#

    25 hip extensions

    Shoulder Press: 65#
    Bench Press: 65#
    Deadlift: 245# (though form gave way on this one)

    21-15-9 with Hannah (modified Monday)
    row calories and wallballs (10# 8ft target)
    time was 7:50ish. Wallballs slowed me down

    ring dip work on tip toes/box (as Vanny suggested last weeekend)
    Some butterfly pullups attempts (thanks Adam for the tips!)
