    Modified hero WOD McPhee with Jamie and Elaine 30 minutes 5 deadlifts, 13 pushups , 9 box jumps 13 rounds+ 7. 115 dl 19 inch box jump. Great job ladies!

    Worked on Hero WOD McGhee with Catherine and Elaine, awesome job girls!!

    Scaled WOD to
    5 – 135lbs Deadlifts
    9 – push-ups
    13 – Box Jumps

    Did 11 + 5

    First WOD with completely Rx pushups and it felt great. Great job girls, was great to honor this soldier with you two.
