“Death By Pullups”

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Post number of minutes completed to comments.

There will be additional WOD and form practice options forĀ a 2nd or 3rd workout.

    11 rounds total. 1st 5 no band, BB on the rest! Much harder than it sounds. 100 OHS with PVC. Shoulders and core are dead!
