    7 rounds for time:
    400 Meter run (Scaled 500 Meter Row)
    29 reps at 135 lbs (Scaled first 3 rounds 95lbs then following 4 rounds at 75 lbs

    Time 60:40

    Great job girls for finishing and pushing me to finish. You guys were awesome!
