Today’s Schedule:
8:00am – Weightlifting/Skills (Athlete’s Choice)
9:00am – Group Class
9:30am to 11:00am – Open Gym

For time:
AMRAP in 17 minutes
10 abmat situps
Airdyne, 9 calories
8 front rack alternating lunges (65lb/45lb)
7 shoulder press (65lb/45lb)
6 lateral burpees over barbell
5 strict pullups (ring rows)
