Today’s schedule is normal classes….

7:00am – Weightlifting (3 position clean… mid hang, below knees, floor)
8:00am – Group Class
9:00am to 11:00am – Open Gym

AMRAP in 12 minutes:
Row (30/24) calories
30 alternate box step ups (24in/20in)

Rest 6 minutes, then….

AMRAP in 12 minutes:
Airdyne (30/24) calories
20 burpees
