hey everyone. It's bkost reporting in from the garage games at 11pm on sat. the conditions were brutal today facing low to mid 30s with a little snow and sleet. The ground is wet, very wet and muddy. The trial run was a slop with two creek crossings in 3ft of water. People were wiping out left and right and slipping in the creek. The burpee wallball amrap was tough as nobody could feel there hands and the sandbag deadlift wod was also brutal but at least quick. After the deadlifts I felt as if someone was taking a hot iron to each of my buttcheeks. The intensity here is amazing and I'm extremely proud of our CFI competitors in fighting through these killer wods and the weather conditions. We have some athletes near the top of their respective divisions going into the last wod Overall, it has been an awesome event.. everyone is having fun and it is great to meet and workout with others in different affiliates. Tomorrow should be another doozie so well let you know how we fare. Keep it real!
